Joshua W. Leach, Esq.

Joshua, or Josh, originally from Georgia, moved to Knoxville in 2018 to attend the Duncan School of Law, where he quickly established himself as a top performer. Graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2021, Josh was consistently on the Dean’s List and received the prestigious CALI Award for Contracts, setting the foundation for his career as a sharp legal mind.

Josh is passionate about guiding clients through legal matters with confidence, care, and a strategic approach. He has successfully represented clients across East Tennessee, handling a wide range of intricate legal disputes and cases.

When he’s not in the office or courtroom, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two dogs, Rupert and Derry. A self-proclaimed food enthusiast, he loves cooking challenging and exotic dishes. Josh also enjoys tackling various home improvement projects.
